An out of state friend of mine was interested in a "rent to own" house in our area so I called Candyce Heflin to help us out. It was spur of the moment, knee jerk and early on a Sunday morning when I phoned Candyce. She said to give her an hour to get dressed. My home buying situation was a pain because of a bad lender and other problems that were of no fault of Candyce, but she made them her problem and consistently went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me work through them. She is far from your run of the mill agent, She is a super star! With her help I was able to find a home fast and get under contract. She was there with me every step of the way, She was constantly in contact with me, the listing agent, lender, closing attorney, and my agent in Georgia where I was moving from and selling my house. Any issue that arose (and I ran into many haha) She was quick to offer advice and any other help she could give! I honestly feel bad for all I put her through with it, but I feel so lucky to have had her recommended to me because I'm not sure how many agents would have stuck with me through the whole situation as well as she did. She cares about you buying a house as much as she would if it was her buying it. She was honestly a blessing and I'm so thankful that I chose her.

Candyce was an amazing relator when we were looking to upgrade our home. She made sure she found us a home before our new baby arrived. Once delays started happening, she kept in contact with the builder to make sure everything was done on time. When it became apparent that our new home would not be done before our new baby was born, she arranged it so we sold our old house, but were allowed to rent it back until we could get into our new home. I don't know what I would have done without her during that time. She made sure it was all handled and i didn't have to stress about showing a house or being homeless with a new baby on the way. Candyce is someone I now consider a friend, and I really miss talking to her everyday.

Candyce was our realtor in 2019. She helped my husband and I find the perfect house for our family of 6! Her patience was incredible as we put her to the test for sure. She was incredibly responsive to calls and texts and her ability to talk you off the ledge is amazing because as we all know buying or selling a home can stress you to the max!
